Damien Aries from the Experimental Cocktail Club, NYC is creating three new Vins Doux Naturels cocktails: The Villanova with Muscat de Rivesaltes, The Gobelet with Banyuls Rimage, and Take The High Road with Rivesaltes Ambré.

Younger Vins Doux Naturels and Vins Doux Naturels Ambrés craft cocktails that are “punchy” and upfront.

Older Vins Doux Naturels Ambrés and Vins Doux Naturels Tuilés are more suited to cocktails made for leisurely sipping.
