Vins Doux Naturels Master Class at Corkbuzz, New York
On May 6th, Caleb Ganzer, Head Sommelier at La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels held a Master Class highlighting the versatility and diversity of Roussillon’s famous Vins Doux Naturels, (Fortified Sweet Wines) such as Maury, Muscat de Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes, Banyuls and Banyuls Grand Cru.
