Unique Roussillon wine pairing dinner – Tuesday, August 14th

On August 14th, the wines of the Roussillon were the focus of db bistro moderne’s Tasting Table Tuesday. Executive Chef Laurent Kalkotour created and presented 5 delectable courses to perfectly complement the 8 superb Roussillon wines selected by Sommelier Caleb Ganzer, a great fan of the region, who shared a wealth of knowledge about the Roussillon, its producers and its wines with those present.
