Harvest Celebration in Banyuls

In Banyuls on Oct 7th and 8th took place the 22nd Fête des Vendanges, the celebration of the new vintage.

It was the opportunity for the public to taste wines from Collioure and Banyuls, the two Southernmost appellations in Roussillon.

All throughout the week-end, wine lovers were invited to tastings and workshops in the beautiful town of Banyuls-sur-Mer to discover cocktails composed of Banyuls and Collioure wines or enjoy those wines paired with oysters or cheeses.

Local wineries were also hosting special tastings.

Many vineyards of the Banyuls and Collioure appellations offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
