Take part in Wines of Roussillon Master Class with Jeff Harding on May 6th, in New York

SevenFifty and the Conseil interprofessionnel des vins du Roussillon invite you to an intimate master class with Waverly Inn’s Jeff Harding for a deep-dive into the high-quality wines of Roussillon, its appellations and the young and emerging outsiders making waves. We will look at the diversity of the region, from single varietal wines and indigenous grape varieties such as Lledoner Pelut and Macabeu to the emerging trendy appellations of Maury Sec and Les Aspres.

We hope you will join us to explore and taste the different expressions of the unique soils, microclimates, and lesser-known grape varieties of Roussillon’s Mediterranean vineyards.

Please RSVP as soon as possible, as space is limited to keep the seminar intimate.

After the class, head downstairs for a focused walk-around tasting at SevenFifty House, where producers will guide you through the wines of this southern French region. Details below.

Please email glenn@sevenfifty.com to RSVP. Space is very limited.
